Due to many issues, please understand if you are buying a preorder item you are not going to receive until we have the product is stocked. All customers have to agree to FAQ before purchasing preordered stock. We are here to provide a great customer experience with fair ordering practices. Responding to all inquiries about refunds when you confirmed an order through the site knowing it was a preorder causes more hassles. The customer team and fulfillment team is usually our major partners, Fanatics and alike.. Your order is allocated to making sure you receive the product. When you cancel or make changes it causes problems to limited release distribution. Others who really wanted the product may miss there chance because you could of taken the last size. There is no way we can reach the customer again. Due to this we will accept refunds on a case by case basis. AFTER 7 DAYS OF A PLACED ORDER please do not contact us about a refund. Your money and information to fulfill has usually been allocated towards your jersey. Any other inquiries or disputes will be resolved through the customer service team and/or other 3rd party representatives. We will also ban those who break this policy from the store indefinitely. You will not be able to order from True 2 Sports again.
